1. Service Description
TVFlix provides access to IPTV content streams through a mobile application available on iOS and Android. We do not provide any media content ourselves. The user is responsible for providing or accessing IPTV streams legally.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- You may not use TVFlix to access or distribute pirated or illegal content.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any IPTV streams you use comply with applicable laws in your country.
3. Intellectual Property
The TVFlix name, logo, and design are protected trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive to offer a stable and secure service, but:
- We do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted operation.
- We are not responsible for the content provided by third-party IPTV sources.
- Use of the app is at your own risk.
5. Analytics and Debugging
We collect anonymized technical data for analytics and troubleshooting purposes, stored in Switzerland and within the EU (Google and Sentry services). See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance.
